  1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
    Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd is a business in the travel and lifestyle industry that provides educational services and courses.
  2.  Delivery policy
    Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 days and delivery confirmed by way of confirmation email. Because this Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd provides online courses, there will be no delivery costs involved.
  3.  Course duration
    All course sold on this site are accessible for a 6 month period from date of purchase. After the 6 months period has lapsed, course material will no longer be accessible and a new subscription will need to be secured.
  4. Return and Refunds Policy
    The provision of goods and services by Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 50% administration fee.
  5. Affiliate commissions
    Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd will pay R500.00 in commission for every paid referral an affiliate brings in. The affiliate’s referral link must be used to qualify for the commissions. If there is a refund done there will be no commissions paid. Commissions will be paid 10 working days after the new member has signed up. Commissions will be reduced to R150.00 per paid referral for every course sold during a promotional period.
  6. Termination of subscription
    Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to terminate a course subscription at any time due to misuse by the customer. Such misuse includes but is not limited to giving out private login details to third parties to access the course, copywrite infringements etc.
  7. Customer Privacy policy
    Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: .
  8. Payment options accepted
    Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard. Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd also accepts payments to be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to banking details provided on the check-out page. If this method is used, proof of payment must be sent to Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd via email at and your full name should be used as the reference number.
  9. Card acquiring and security
    Card transactions will be acquired for Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website.     The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  12. Responsibility
    Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
  13. Country of domicile
    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
  14. Variation
    Digital Nomads SA (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
